Flexible Searches
Pro Image helps users get to the documents they need quickly with a wide array of searching options. The search fields are user defined and can be free form type in, drop down/auto fill-in or date picker fields. Search options include wild card, string and begins with searches and date range searches. The document types in Pro Image are organize in tabs. Each tab has its own list of search fields and predefined search criteria. This allows each Pro Image user or group to have their own customized front end.
Folders On the Fly
Document groupings are not always well defined and trying to place every document into a static folder can be difficult. Some documents may fit into more than one category. Pro Image solves this problem with a concept we call folders on the fly. This allows users to dynamically create folders based on their own search criteria. The folders can be viewed as a summary or detailed view to help the user get to the documents quickly.
Summary / Detail Searches
Records can be viewed in either a detailed view where all images are viewed or a summary view where groups of images can be selected to be viewed. Summary views are very helpful in finding documents when you are unsure of the exact search criteria.
Annotations
Just because a document is in electronic form doesn’t mean it has to be completely static. The annotation feature in Pro Image allows you to add mark ups to an existing document. The annotations can be text, arrows circles, boxes and sticky notes. Annotations can be either private or public. Private annotations can only be view by you while public annotations are shared by all user. Annotations can be optionally included in printing. All annotation files are an overlay and do not actually modify the original document.
Thumbnail Views
Thumbnail views provide an easy way for users to visually select just the document they need. Each thumbnail can be marked for inclusion or exclusion in printing and emailing.
Print Banner
Pro Image has an option to print a statement at the top of each printed page. This can be used as a legal disclaimer, as a time stamp or general page header.
