The program you set up for us works exactly as you explained and we are pleased with the turn-around time from when we give you documents to scan, to when they are loaded on our system.

In addition to the above, there have been certain instances where we needed a document a few hours after we sent them to you. Your staff as well as you has been extremely responsive in getting us those copies within an hour or two after we request them. Your customer service is very exemplary.

It is with great pleasure that I provide a letter of recommendation on behalf of Microdocuments, Inc. The College has been actively working with Microdocuments for more than a year. During this time, we have gone from assessing our initial needs and setup requirements to nearly completing an imaging project which consisted of scanning more than 70,000 student records to CD-Rom. I am able to report that the project has been a success.

In addition to image documenting, the College purchased the ProImage Software. This is a user friendly secure software which resides on our desktops. The software enables staff to search and retrieve student files literally within seconds. It has eliminated the 'down-time' associated with searching for misfiled folders and employees are able to fully use the system with less than thirty minutes of training.

Microdoc's employees are responsive, cooperative, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. They listen are proactive at providing improved suggestions and have responded to our every request. They have made this project "fit" our office requirements in a seamless process.
